Times Change Collections
Background
Kosh mArt has been in the art world for over eight years, we’ve been very successful at creating high quality hand painted oil on canvas paintings for thousands of customers around the world.
In 2019 we were commissioned by LIDA for Invesco’s successful re-branding campaign to create a series of paintings taking an old masterpieces and re-rendering them with a modern twist.
The Story
This sparked our in-house original collections titled ”Times Change”, where old masterpieces are re-rendered and re-interpreted to align with a poignant and unique message through the addition of modern aspects and elements that are intertwined with the old to showcase a ”What if now was then, or if then was now” paradigm. These paintings are unique original collectables, hand painted oil on canvas paintings from our studio.
Our collections consist of 12 paintings, of 10 editions each.
Details about the paintings
- These paintings will be hand painted with oil on linen canvas.
- Each painting will have a height of 150 cms with a 10 cms border for framing.
- Each painting typically takes 3-6 weeks to complete once purchased.
- Upon completion a photo of the finished work will be shared with you.
- The finished work will ship only after you’ve confirmed that you are satisfied with the work.
- They will be shipped rolled in a tube.
- Shipping is free.

In our Times Change – Superheros now, then collection we’ve created 12 unique original paintings. Each work depicts a child in an old masterpiece wearing a mask of a superhero, it reflects the current times we live in, where every child wants to be a superhero, and depicts a ”what if then, was now or now was then” paradigm.

In our Times Change – Conflict now, then collection we’ve created 12 unique original paintings. Each work takes an old masterpiece and re-interprets it to showcase a modern theatre of conflict, war or protest. Subtly highlighting the nuances of that conflict whilst aligning it within the masterpiece. It depicts a ”what if the modern conflict (now) was to have taken place then” paradigm.
