Cancellations

REPRODUCTION & CUSTOM PAINTINGS

After you place your order we begin processing it immediately. Before your order enters the painting process, it may be possible to cancel or change your order, but once your order enters into the painting process, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

  • We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed, or your money back. If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our Website, you may return it within 5 days of receipt and receive a replacement or a full refund for the price of the product.
  • If you are returning a product to us, the shipping charges you incur will not be refunded.
  • Returned products must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment for a full refund. We cannot replace or provide credit for a returned product that is incongruent with the condition of your original order(s).
  • We strongly encourage you to return your product via a trackable method. We cannot replace or provide credit for any product lost during return shipping.

  • Once we receive the returned painting, we will credit your original method of payment. You can expect to receive your refund within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned painting. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate 5-10 business days after we receive the returned painting because of the time required for product inspection at our returns studio (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and we issue refunds in the form of payment used to make your order.
  • CUSTOM PAINTINGS

  • Custom orders such as converting a photo to painting or paintings not listed on our website are not covered by this guarantee and cannot be returned for a refund as it will be impossible to sell them to another customer.

Returns by Mail Instructions

Please email us at we.care@koshmart.com to inform us that you would like to return an order for a replacement or a refund. Be sure to specify the reason for the return.

The following instructions needs to be followed when returning the product.

  • Before you return the item(s) to us, please take a digital photo of the item and the shipping container it arrived in, attach the photo to an email and send it to us.
  • We will then get back to you with shipping instructions. We will issue a refund only if you follow our shipping and packaging instructions.
  • Include the product you wish to return along with all original packing materials.
  • The product needs to be packaged well, so little or no damage is done to it.
  • Return the product via a trackable method to ensure that the product is not lost during shipping. We cannot issue a refund for lost products.
